Informed Delivery interactive campaigns for packages are available now! Promote your brand, products, and services to Informed Delivery customers who are tracking your packages.
Application Programming Interfaces (APls)

Mail Delivery Notification (MDN)
Get notified via email once your incoming letter and flat-sized mail has been delivered. Simply click the button below to access your Informed Delivery account. Navigate to your Informed Delivery settings page to opt-in or opt-out of Mail Delivery Notification emails at your convenience.
Informed Greetings
Send a digital greeting with your physical mail! Instead of seeing just a black and white scan of your mailpiece, the recipient will also be able to access your personalized digital greeting from their Informed Delivery notification. As an added bonus, you will receive an email notification to let you know the mailpiece is arriving soon.
