Terms and Conditions of Use for the USPS® Redelivery Online Service Interface

This Terms of Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You” “Your” “Customer” or “User”) and the United States Postal Service®, an Independent Establishment of the Executive Branch of the United States Federal Government (“USPS” or “Postal Service”). The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for Your use of the USPS® Redelivery Online service (“REDELIVERY” or “Service”), an online interface that allows You to submit a redelivery request and schedule a redelivery if You were not available when the USPS attempted to deliver Your mail or package. 本协议仅适用于您和 USPS，不适用于其他任何实体。USPS 对通过 usps.com® 提供的服务、内容和材料以及一般服务全权负责。用户承认并同意全权负责并遵守该协议的条款以及 United States Postal Service 的所有政策、程序及规定。

REDELIVERY allows You to submit a redelivery request and schedule a redelivery online if You were not available when the USPS attempted to deliver Your mail or package. REDELIVERY allows You to use the tracking number or the PS Form 3849 barcodes or QR codes to schedule a redelivery online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For same-day redelivery, Your request must be submitted by 3 上午 EST Monday through Saturday or Your redelivery will be scheduled for the following delivery date.

Offers of Other Services

When signing up for REDELIVERY, You acknowledge and agree that the Postal Service may contact You to provide information or invitations to sign up for or participate in other offers or services provided by the Postal Service.

As a condition of Your use of this Service and usps.com generally, You warrant to the Postal Service that You will not use the Service or usps.com for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You warrant and represent that for the redelivery request You are making that You have the legal right to request a redelivery for that specific package or mailpiece. The Postal Service（邮政局） 保留随时基于任何理由终止用户使用本服务的权力，恕不另行通知。

The Postal Service（邮政局）保留权利为满足任何适用法律、法规、法律程序或政府要求自行决定披露任何必要信息，或编辑、拒绝发布或删除您提供的任何全部或部分信息或资料。

You acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold the Postal Service, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents, harmless, including costs and attorneys' fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of Your use of the Service and usps.com or in the event of Your violation of this Agreement; any infringement of third party rights by You while utilizing the Service or usps.com.

副局长

The Postal Service （邮政局）履行本协议受现行法律和法规程序的约束，本协议中的任何内容均不损害 The Postal Service （邮政局）遵守政府、法院和执法机构的要求或与您使用本服务或邮政服务提供或收集有关此类使用信息的要求。If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in effect.
